TFT panel production process can be divided into three kinds of technology. There have amorphous silicon (a-Si), low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) and amorphous IGZO (a-IGZO) oxide. Traditional amorphous silicon (a-Si) silicon has a lot of advantages such as good productivity, short process and low-cost.

Conventional thin film transistor suffered from high threshold voltage, poor subthreshold swing, and high operation voltage. These shortcomings make the traditional thin film transistor does not meet the needs with the high-performance, high-resolution, low temperature and energy conservation nowadays. Due to the good selectivity of energy transformation and rapid heating rate, microwave annealing is promising to replace conventional furnace annealing and applied in the investigation.

Amorphous oxide semiconductors (AOSs) are attracted much attention due to high mobility, low temperature deposition, flexible, transmission, and uniformity. The thin film transistors (TFTs) with a-IGZO thin film as active layer perform higher field-effect mobility (>10 cm²/V·S), larger I/I ratio (10), smaller subthreshold swing and better stability against electrical stress. LaAlO₃/ZrO₂ is employed as gate electrode and gate dielectric layer for a-IGZO TFTs, under the premise that performance of a-IGZO TFTs without decreasing.

Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases, such as tumor, inflammation, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Inhibition of HDACs by developing HDAC inhibitors has achieved significant progress in the treatment of diseases caused by epigenetic abnormalities, and especially in the cancer therapy. Isoform selective HDAC inhibitors are emphasized to be disease specific and have less off-target effects and better safety performances.

Mixed cryobulinemia (MC) is the most common chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV)-associated extrahepatic manifestation. C-type lectin 18 (CLEC18) is a novel secretory lectin that is abundantly expressed in hepatocytes and peripheral blood cells (PBCs). We investigated the associations between CLEC18 expression during HCV infection and the presence of extrahepatic manifestations.

The recent rise in opioid-related overdose deaths stresses the importance of understanding how heroin use disorders persist and what interventions are best suited for treating these illnesses. Trends show that there are diverse pathways leading to heroin use disorder that span multiple generations, but little is known about how different generations utilize and respond to treatment. This study provides insight into treatment utilization for young, middle-aged, and older adults by examination of an unusually rich longitudinal dataset of substance use disorder clients in Maryland who were treated for heroin use.

This study aimed to address the association between the usage of antibiotics to treat nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infection and the risk of Sjögren's syndrome (SS). We identified 5,553 patients with newly diagnosed SS between 2002 and 2013 using Taiwan's National Health Insurance Research Database and compared them with 83,295 non-SS controls matched (1:15) for age, sex, and the year of their first SS diagnosis. An increased risk of SS was found in patients receiving new macrolides (adjusted odds ratios (aOR) 1.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) onset is profoundly affected by Western diet. Here, we report that high-fat (HF) diet-induced, organ-specific colonic lysine homocysteinylation (K-Hcy) increase might promote CRC onset by impeding DNA damage repair. HF chow induced elevated methionyl-tRNA synthetase (MARS) expression and K-Hcy levels and DNA damage accumulation in the mouse and rat colon, resulting in a phenotype identical to that of CRC tissues.

Glycine N-methyltransferase (GNMT) is abundantly expressed in normal livers and plays a protective role against tumor formation. GNMT depletion leads to progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In this study, we investigated the activity of ectopic GNMT delivered using recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy in mouse models of liver cirrhosis and HCC.

Cationic gold has been frequently identified as a suitable reactive species for activating methane in condensed-phase studies. However, it is far from clear how the coordination site manipulates the activity of such species. Herein, by anchoring Au on silicon oxide cluster supports of variable sizes, the site-specific methane activation by Au -O has been clarified by mass spectrometry in conjunction with quantum chemistry calculations.

Glycine N-methyltransferase (GNMT) is a tumor suppressor for HCC. It is down-regulated in HCC, but the mechanism is not fully understood. MicroRNA-224 (miR-224) acts as an onco-miR in HCC.

Lung cancer patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) have a poorer prognosis than do patients without HIV infection. HIV1 Tat is a secreted viral protein that penetrates the plasma membrane and interacts with a number of proteins in non-HIV-infected cells. The loss of function of Tat-interacting protein 30 (TIP30) has been linked to metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Extreme learning machine (ELM) has been applied in a wide range of classification and regression problems due to its high accuracy and efficiency. However, ELM can only deal with cases where training and testing data are from identical distribution, while in real world situations, this assumption is often violated. As a result, ELM performs poorly in domain adaptation problems, in which the training data (source domain) and testing data (target domain) are differently distributed but somehow related.

The clinical assistant diagnosis has a high requirement for the visual effect of medical images. However, the low frequency subband coefficients obtained by the NSCT decomposition are not sparse, which is not conducive to maintaining the details of the source image. To solve these problems, a medical image fusion algorithm combined with sparse representation and pulse coupling neural network is proposed.

The present study evaluated the potential beneficial effect of kefir (KF) against fatigue. Furthermore, the composition of the gut microbiota is related to health benefits in the host; therefore, the study also investigated the effect of KF on the gut microbiota composition. Male ICR mice from four groups ( = 8 per group) were orally administered KF once daily for four weeks at 0, 2.

Ludwigia octovalvis extract (LOE) is a widely used traditional Chinese herbal medicine. To date, few studies have demonstrated the effect of LOE supplementation on exercise performance, physical fatigue and biochemical profile. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential beneficial effects of LOE extract on fatigue and ergogenic functions following physiological challenge.

Parasites have developed a variety of strategies for invading hosts and escaping their immune response. A common mechanism by which parasites escape nitric oxide (NO) toxicity is the activation of host arginase. This activation leads to a depletion of l-arginine, which is the substrate for NO synthase, resulting in lower levels of NO and increased production of polyamines that are necessary for parasite growth and differentiation.
