Methods: This study included 213 patients diagnosed with ADC and SCC who underwent DECT scans at two centers from November 2022 to December 2023. Patients at center 1 were randomly divided into training (n = 114) and internal test set (n = 50) in a 7:3 ratio, with center 2 serving as the external test set (n = 49).

Therapeutic approaches such as lysosome-targeting chimaeras (LYTACs) and cytokine receptor-targeting chimeras (KineTACs) have used this to target specific proteins for degradation by fusing modified native ligands to target binding proteins. Although powerful, these approaches can be limited by competition with native ligands and requirements for chemical modification that limit genetic encodability and can complicate manufacturing, and, more generally, there may be no native ligands that stimulate endocytosis through a given receptor.

Methods: This study recruited 38 healthy individuals (HC) and 52 patients with severe depression (MDD) and divided patients into two treatment groups: the rTMS combined antidepressant (rTMS+ADP) group and the single antidepressant (ADP) group.
The mutual interactions of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) resident proteins in the ER maintain its functions, prompting the protein folding, modification, and transportation. Here, a new method, named YST-PPI (YESS-based Split fast TEV protease system for Protein-Protein Interaction) was developed, targeting the characterization of protein interactions in ER. YST-PPI method integrated the YESS system, split-TEV technology, and endoplasmic reticulum retention signal peptide (ERS) to provide an effective strategy for studying ER in situ PPIs in a fast and quantitative manner.
