Objective: To construct models of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection with precancerous lesions or cervical cancer and explore the immune function.
Methods: Using CRISPR/Cas9, the expression vector -Rosa26 was microinjected into fertilized eggs of C57BL/6 N mice using homologous recombination, and the F0 generation was obtained for reproduction. Then, the formation of precancerous lesions was promoted via intramuscular injection of estradiol.
Conventional compost sludge has a long fermentation period and is not nutrient rich. Potassium-rich mining waste was used as an additive for aerobic composting of activated sludge to make a new sludge product. The effects of different feeding ratios of potassium-rich mining waste and activated sludge on the physicochemical properties and thermophilic bacterial community structure during aerobic composting were investigated.

Case Presentation: A 7-year-old boy was admitted to the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics 24 days after closed reduction of a supracondylar fracture of the humerus with radial nerve injury. Preoperative ultrasound showed radial nerve entrapment between the fracture ends, which was confirmed by surgery.

Objective: To evaluate the value of the three-dimensional visualization technology for the preoperative assessment of liver autotransplantation for end-stage hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.
Methods: A total of 8 patients with end-stage hepatic alveolar echinococcosis undergoing liver autotransplantation in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from May 2013 to July 2017 were collected. All cases received preoperative abdominal CT scanning and dynamic three-phase enhanced CT scanning, and the original CT data were transferred to the human 3D visualization virtual surgical planning system.
Granulosa cells (GCs) are essential somatic cells in the ovary and play an important role in folliculogenesis. Brain-derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) and the TGF-β pathway have been identified as a critical hormone and signalling pathway, respectively, in GCs. In this study, we found that a conserved microRNA family that includes miR-10a and miR-10b repressed proliferation and induced apoptosis in human, mouse, and rat GCs (hGCs, mGCs and rGCs, respectively).

The aim of this work was to identify suitable reference genes for qRT-PCR analysis during ovarian cryopreservation by vitrification.
Methods: GeNorm, NormFinder, comparative Delta-CT, and BestKeeper were used to analyze the expression and stability of the 14 reference genes GAPDH, ABL1, ACTB, CDKN1A, GPER, GUSB, HPRT1, HSP90AB1, IPO8, PPIA, RPL4, RPL30, TBP, and UPAR.
