Background: Early detection of dementia enables more effective planning and can enable access to treatment and support. The Mini-Cog is a widely used screening instrument in Indonesia; however, this instrument has never undergone a translation and cultural adaptation process. Currently, there is no data on how accurate the tool is against diagnostic criteria, particularly in low-education.

In Indonesia, a country with high TB incidence, it is crucial to assess undergraduate nursing students' clinical confidence during their clinical practicums.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore factors associated with nursing students' clinical confidence in caring for TB patients.
Introduction: Tackling dementia stigma is a policy priority. In Indonesia, we have little insight into the general public's knowledge and attitudes about dementia.
Methods: Cross-sectional study of 4430 Indonesian adults recruited from Jakarta and North Sumatra, Indonesia.
Introduction And Importance: Longitudinal vaginal septum is usually associated with uterine anomalies, such as septate uterus and didelphys uterus. Normal uterus and cervix found in longitudinal vaginal septum is a rare case but can affect sexual activities and reproductive outcomes.
Case Presentation: We present a case of a 42-year-old woman with a history of primary infertility for 7 years was referred by the endocrinology division due to the presence of a longitudinal vaginal septum and difficulty in performing intrauterine insemination.

Background: Many people with dementia are reliant on family caregivers to provide daily care to maintain quality of life and dignity. As a result, caregivers can experience increased burden, poorer health outcomes and increased stigma. To date, the experiences of caregivers of people with dementia has not been explored within an Indonesian context.

However, it is not clear how accurate the tool is screening against diagnostic criteria in middle-income settings.
Methods: Embedded within the STRiDE programme, older adults (aged ≥65 years) and their informants were randomly recruited from four sites across Indonesia and South Africa.
The present study investigated the utilization of blood clam shells as a potential substitute for conventional media, as well as the influence of the acclimation time on the efficacy of an intermittent slow sand filter (ISSF) in the treatment of real domestic wastewater. ISSF was operated with 16 h on and 8 h off, focusing on the parameters of turbidity, ammonia, and phosphate. Two media combinations (only blood clam shells [CC] and sand + blood clam shells [SC]) were operated under two different acclimatization periods (14 and 28 d).

Indonesia and South Africa are two middle-income countries in need of such data.
Aims: To present the STRiDE methodology and generate estimates of dementia prevalence in Indonesia and South Africa.
SMPD4 loss is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder that leads to severe mental and physical disability and early death in infancy. Most cases of this genetic condition have been diagnosed postnatally. This article focuses on the prenatal findings of affected fetuses.

Yet, little study has been done on this topic in Indonesia, even after the second year of the pandemic. This study examines how the Covid-19 economic impact and parental stress are related to the family quality of life (FQOL) and how the relation is moderated by family resilience.

We report mRNA-1273 boosting in heavily SARS-CoV-2-exposed Indonesian health-care workers who received a two-dose CoronaVac 6 months prior. Between August and November 2021, we measured SARS-CoV-2 spike-specific IgG binding antibody (Bab) titers in all 304 participants, and neutralizing antibody titers in a random subset of 71 participants, on stored paired serum samples taken before and 28 days after a full-dose (100-μg) mRNA-1273 booster.

Here we describe the cross-cultural process adopted in the STRiDE (STrengthening Responses to dementia in DEveloping countries) program. We adopted a cross-cultural adaptation process including forward translation, back translations, and cognitive interviews of the STRiDE toolkit.

Method: We searched PubMed MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), ProQuest Medical Database and medRxiv for randomised controlled trials (RCTs) comparing antiseptic solutions with non-antiseptic solutions in simple, uncomplicated acute traumatic wounds. Qualitative data synthesis was employed.

However, there has been little investment in care, treatment or support for people living with dementia and their carers. The Strengthening Responses to Dementia in Developing Countries (STRiDE) project aims to build both research capacity and evidence on dementia care and services in Brazil, Indonesia, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico and South Africa.

Background: Cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) is a psychosocial intervention for people with dementia and can benefit cognition and quality of life. A touch-screen individualised CST (iCST) application has been developed to improve on accessibility and provide increased interactivity. This study aimed to explore the attitudes of people with dementia, carers and healthcare professionals in Indonesia towards the iCST application and related technology.

Background: IDH1 mutation shows diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive value in gliomas. Direct Sanger sequencing is considered the gold standard to detect IDH1 mutation. However, this technology is not available in most neuropathological centers in developing countries such as Indonesia.
