Objective: The present research aims to examine the effectiveness of 980 nm Diode Laser and Twin Kleen irrigant individually in addition to the combo for removing the smear layer from tooth canals in single-rooted teeth.
Materials And Methods: 60 single-rooted mandibular premolar teeth were chosen and inspected clinically and by radiography. Protaper was employed to prepare teeth up to F4.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is a clinical syndrome characterized by a febrile illness, followed by an oral exanthema and a macular, maculopapular, or vesicular rash of the hands, also involving palms, feet, and buttocks caused by enteroviruses of the picornaviridae family. It is a benign self-limiting disease which spreads by fecal-oral, oral-oral, and respiratory droplet contact. This case series describes cases of HFMD, presenting with typical clinical features in the North Indian region where early diagnosis and management of the condition can be carried out to halt the disease progression and prevention for the betterment of children.

Methods: A seven-hour workshop was conducted with the ophthalmology trainees. Trainees from the 2022 batch of ophthalmology fellowships (21 females and 13 males) were included in the study.
Background: Apexification is a procedure that promotes apical closure by forming mineralized tissue in the apex region of a nonvital young permanent tooth. Calcium silicate-based cement like Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and Biodentine are commonly employed as apical barriers to facilitate this process. Microleakage, defined as the leakage along the junction between the canal wall and filling material, is a crucial aspect to assess in MTA and Biodentine applications as apical barriers, as it directly impacts the prevention of bacterial seepage and maintenance of structural integrity.
