Reasonable nitrogen fertilizer application is an important strategy to maintain optimal growth of grasslands, thereby enabling them to better fulfil their ecological functions while reducing environmental pollution caused by high nitrogen fertilizer production and application. Optimizing the ammonium (NH ):nitrate (NO ) ratio is a common approach for growth promotion in crops and vegetables, but research on this topic in grass plants has not received sufficient attention. Centipedegrass, which is widely used in landscaping and ecological protection, was used as the experimental material.

Patients with longitudinal undetectable MRD show a favorable prognosis and might not benefit from adjuvant therapy.
Patients And Methods: The CTONG 2201 trial is a prospective, multicenter, single-arm study (ClinicalTrials.
Objectives: The impact of ineffective esophageal motility (IEM) on gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) remains unknown, and abnormal esophageal motility often coexists with abnormal gastric motility. We aimed to investigate the role of IEM in GERD and its relationship with gastric electrical activity.
Methods: Patients diagnosed as GERD based on GERD-questionnaire score ≥8 in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were included.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the incidence, sites and main pathogens, and risk factors for infectious complications occurring in patients with adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) during the first course of venetoclax combined with decitabine or azacitidine.
Methods: A retrospective cohort analysis was performed of 81 patients with AML older than 14 years who received the first cycle of venetoclax combined with a hypomethylating agent (HMA) between March 2018 and March 2021 at our institution. Infectious complications, if any, were documented.
Background: In East Asia, the number of patients with adenocarcinoma, especially those presenting with ground-glass nodules (GGNs), is gradually increasing. Family aggregation of pulmonary GGNs is not uncommon; however, genetic predisposition in these patients remains poorly understood and identification of genes involved in the cause of these early-stage lung cancers might contribute to understanding of the underlying mechanisms and potential prevention strategies.
Methods: Fifty patients with early-stage lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) presenting as GGNs and a first-degree family history of lung cancer (FHLC) from 34 independent families were enrolled into this study.
Purpose: While advanced diffusion techniques have been found valuable in many studies, their clinical availability has been hampered partly due to their long scan times. Moreover, each diffusion technique can only extract a few relevant microstructural features. Using multiple diffusion methods may help to better understand the brain microstructure, which requires multiple expensive model fittings.

Previous reports of such cases have focused mainly on clinical diagnosis and characteristics, so the mechanism remains unclear, and therapy options have been poorly explored.
Case Summary: Here, we report two cases of synchronous AML and CLL.
Background: In recent years, targeted therapy and immunotherapy have become important treatment strategies for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the clinical evidence for successful off-label use of targeted drugs for patients with NSCLC following progression on multiple lines of treatment is still lacking.
Case Summary: We describe a 62-year-old male patient with a right lung adenocarcinoma who harbored an exon 19 deletion mutation.
The main goal of this work is to improve the quality of simultaneous multi-slice (SMS) reconstruction for diffusion MRI. We accomplish this by developing an image domain method that reaps the benefits of both SENSE and GRAPPA-type approaches and enables image regularization in an optimization framework. We propose a new approach termed regularized image domain split slice-GRAPPA (RI-SSG), which establishes an optimization framework for SMS reconstruction.

Methods: Relevant literature was searched by computer from the establishment of the database to November 2019.
Background: Peripheral monocytes, a key cell type for innate immunity, have been shown to be associated with survival in various types of hematological malignancies. However, no previous studies regarding the prognostic impact of peripheral absolute monocyte count (AMC) in early relapsed B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) have been reported.
Methods: Forty-nine cases of early relapsed adult B-ALL were reviewed.
Balantioides coli (syn. Balantidium coli) is an important zoonotic but usually neglected protozoa infecting human and a great number of animals, and the pig was considered to be the most important natural host and reservoir. However, no information about the infection of B.

In RET-rearranged NSCLCs, molecular features and their impact on prognosis were not well illustrated, and the activity of mainstay therapeutics has not currently been well compared.
Methods: Patients diagnosed with NSCLCs with RET rearrangements were analyzed for concomitant mutations, tumor mutation burden (TMB), PD-L1 expression, T cell receptor repertoire and clinical outcomes with chemotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), and multikinase inhibitors (MKIs).
Objective: To develop a kernel optimization method called coil-combined split slice-GRAPPA (CC-SSG) to improve the accuracy of the reconstructed coil-combined images for simultaneous multi-slice (SMS) diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) data.
Methods: The CC-SSG method optimizes the tuning parameters in the k-space SSG kernels to achieve an optimal trade-off between the intra-slice artifact and inter-slice leakage after the root-sum-of-squares (rSOS) coil combining of the de-aliased SMS DWI data. A detailed analysis is conducted to evaluate the contributions of the intra-slice artifact and inter-slice leakage to the total reconstruction error after coil combining.
Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) improve the clinical outcomes of -mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients significantly, however, acquired resistance occurs almost inevitably. The underlying mechanisms of osimertinib resistance and treatment strategies after resistance remain largely unknown. Here we reported a case of lung adenocarcinoma patient who progressed on osimertinib with L718Q mutation in the absence of T790M mutation.

In this paper we consider image reconstruction from fully sampled multichannel phased array MRI data without knowledge of the coil sensitivities. To overcome the non-uniformity of the conventional sum-of-square reconstruction, a new framework based on multichannel blind deconvolution (MBD) is developed for joint estimation of the image function and the sensitivity functions in image domain. The proposed approach addresses the non-uniqueness of the MBD problem by exploiting the smoothness of both functions in the image domain through regularization.

Results showed that CH4 flux during 0 to 72 h fluctuated at 1 to 8 mm of precipitation application and peaked at 16 and 32 mm. Cumulative CH4 flux after 72 h of precipitation (CH4-C) increased linearly with the precipitation amount (P) (wheat jointing stage: CH-C=2.

The predictive factors for potential IHH reversal are largely unknown. The aim of our study was to investigate the incidence and clinical features of IHH male patients who had reversed reproductive axis function.

For DCE MRI applications, the images of adjacent time frames are often similar, especially when motion is minimal, in which case temporal TV is a reasonable regularization term. Temporal constraint reconstruction (TCR) has been developed to reconstruct dynamic images from undersampled k-t space data based on such prior information. However, the convergence speed of the algorithm highly depends on the initialization method.

The expression of insulin, superoxide dismutase and pancreas duodenum homeobox factor-1 essential for pancreatic islet function as estimated by real-time PCR was augmented. The reactive oxygen species-scavenging ability of the rose constituent was notably stronger than the mushroom constituent.

Both nano-ZrO₂ and ABWs were modified by silane coupling agent (Z6030) before being mixed with PMMA. Various amounts of silanized nano-ZrO₂ and ABWs were mixed with PMMA to prepare ZrO₂-ABW/PMMA composites.
