Methods: We did a prospective study of consecutive men with biopsy-proven prostate cancer who underwent radical prostatectomy between July'2020 and Dec'2021 at our institution. Patients underwent PSMA PET MRI imaging.

A recent study in the same setting showed that prevalence of ED was high among diabetic men and co-existing hypertension was identified as an independent risk factor. There was a postulation about an association between ED and non-dipping nocturnal blood pressure pattern.
