Background: Puberty menorrhagia, characterized by prolonged and excessive menstrual bleeding between menarche and 19 years of age, presents clinical challenges at adolescents and it is attributed to an immature hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian axis, leading to sustained high estrogen levels and anovulation. This case report explores the efficacy of acupuncture as an adjunctive therapy for pubertal menorrhagia of a 16-year-old female with a history of irregular menstrual cycles and excessive bleeding for 41 days.

Methodology: Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) tongue and pulse diagnostics of the patient, acupuncture needling at SP4 (Gongsun), PC 6 (Neiguan), KI 14 (Siman), SP 10 (Xuehai), LR 1 (Dadun), CV 6 (Qihai) was given once in a day for a month, each session lasting 20 min targeting to alleviate Liver blood stasis.

The increasing accumulation of waste polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) plastics presents a significant environmental challenge, while the demand for renewable energy sources continues to rise. Thermochemical recycling is a prospective technique for converting waste plastics into high-value chemicals, both economically and environmentally. In this work, the catalytic pyrolysis of waste PMMA plastics over LaCaMgAlO nanosheets (NSs) catalyst is being investigated for its potential to produce hydrogen and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in a two-stage fixed-bed reactor.

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common and undertreated diseases in the world. In recent times, there has been increased development of non-sinus headaches among patients with allergic rhinitis. Various common endogenous molecules such as nitric oxide, calcitonin gene-related peptide, and histamine have been implicated in the development of migraines, which leads to the development of migraines among allergic rhinitis patients.

This guideline was developed according to the British Society for Rheumatology Guidelines Protocol by a Guideline Development Group comprising healthcare professionals with expertise in SSc and people with lived experience, as well as patient organization representatives. It is an update of the previous 2015 SSc guideline. The recommendations were developed and agreed by the group and are underpinned by published evidence, assessed by systematic literature review and reinforced by collective expert opinion of the group.

Unlabelled: Dengue is one of the commonest causes of undifferentiated acute febrile illness in India as well as South East Asia. Nearly two-fifths of the world population is at risk of infection, and nearly 96 million infections reported worldwide, it is a major cause of concern across the globe. The ISCCM leadership felt that there have been no new directives/guidelines except the MOH guidelines for the management of dengue fever since 2014.

A metal-free combination of rGO/g-CN-coupled SrTiO (SRN) ternary nanocomposite prepared via a wet impregnation method for UV-Vis light photocatalytic applications. Various physicochemical properties of the samples were investigated by several spectroscopic techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), FT-IR, Raman, field emission scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (FE-SEM-EDX), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), UV-Vis, photoluminescence (PL), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area analysis. The data suggest agglomerated SRT nanoparticles are dispersed and distributed throughout the surface of the rGO sheets and GCN nanostructures.

All pests can be eliminated with the help of pesticides, which can be either natural or synthetic. Because of the excessive use of pesticides, it is harmful to both ecology and people's health. Pesticides are categorised according to several criteria: their chemical composition, method of action, effects, timing of use, source of manufacture, and formulations.

Aptamers are a class of molecular recognition elements that exhibit high binding affinity and specificity against their respective targets. In view of the many advantages aptamers harbor over their counterpart antibodies, we were impelled to isolate an RNA aptamer against progesterone receptor, particularly its DNA binding domain. A total of eight SELEX cycles were executed against the recombinant Progesterone Receptor DNA-binding domain (PR DBD).

Supercapacitor electrodes (SCs) of carbon-based materials with flexible structures and morphologies have demonstrated excellent electrical conductivity and chemical stability. Herein, a clean and cost-effective method for producing a 3D self-doped honeycomb-like carbonaceous material with KOH activation from bio-waste oyster shells (BWOSs) is described. A remarkable performance was achieved by the excellent hierarchical structured carbon (HSC-750), which has a large surface area and a reasonably high packing density.

Electrodes and electroactive materials are crucial components in the development of supercapacitors due to their geometric properties. In this study, bimetal-organic frameworks (Bi-MOFs, ZIF-8@ZIF-67) were utilized as electrode materials for a high-performance hybrid supercapacitor (HSC) by designing a novel synthesis of metallic carbonate hydroxide/oxides. In particular, the Bi-MOFs function as a sacrificial precursor in the synthesis of hollow NiMn(CO)·0·.

Groundwater contaminated with hexavalent chromium Cr(VI) causes serious health concerns for the ecosystem. In this study, a hybrid amino functionalized MOF@rGO nanocatalyst was produced by utilization of a biowaste mediated carbon material (reduced graphene oxide; rGO) and its surface was modified by in situ synthesis of a nanocrystalline, mixed ligand octahedral MOF containing iron metal and NH functional groups and the prepared composite was investigated for Cr (VI) removal. The photocatalytic degradation of Cr(VI) in aqueous solutions was carried out under UV irradiation.

Ubiquitin ligation is typically executed by hallmark E3 catalytic domains. Two such domains, 'cullin-RING' and 'RBR', are individually found in several hundred human E3 ligases, and collaborate with E2 enzymes to catalyze ubiquitylation. However, the vertebrate-specific CUL9 complex with RBX1 (also called ROC1), of interest due to its tumor suppressive interaction with TP53, uniquely encompasses both cullin-RING and RBR domains.

The emergence of social media has given rise to a variety of networking and communication opportunities, as well as the well-known issue of cyberbullying, which is continuously on the rise in the current world. Researchers have been actively addressing cyberbullying for a long time by applying machine learning and deep learning techniques. However, although these algorithms have performed well on artificial datasets, they do not provide similar results when applied to real-time datasets with high levels of noise and imbalance.
