Aspirin, traditionally recognized for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and antiplatelet effects, has recently attracted attention for its potential role in cancer prevention. Initially studied for cardiovascular disease prevention, emerging evidence suggests that aspirin may reduce the risk of certain cancers, particularly colorectal cancer (CRC). This narrative review integrates findings from early studies, animal models, epidemiological data, and clinical trials to evaluate aspirin's efficacy as a chemopreventive agent.

A varied amount of Chitosan/Alginate (CH/AG) ratios, followed by a mass of LPEO and concentration of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) crosslinker, was optimized sequentially to coacervate LPEO using a Tween 80 emulsifier. An antibacterial assay against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria was further evaluated for the embedded microcapsules.

The Newcastle disease virus (NDV) outbreak was first reported in Java Island, Indonesia, in 1926, which was then reported further in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England. Nevertheless, the NDV is still endemic in Indonesia, with outbreaks occurring in free-range and commercial chicken farms. The dynamic evolution of the NDV has led to the further development of vaccines and diagnostic tools for more effective control of this virus.
