A gold-coated Kretschmann setup has been constructed and explored as a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) platform, specifically tailored for the detection of low-concentration sodium chloride (NaCl) solutions. The setup employs a BK7 prism coated with a 50 nm gold layer, serving as a plasmonic layer, to induce resonance. This resonance arises from the interplay between light waves and free electrons propagating at the interface of two media.

The separation of CO/CH using porous carbon can be increased by the presence of a functional group of nitrogen on the carbon surface. This study explores the potential of porous carbon derived from the palm kernel shell (C-PKS) impregnated with a deep eutectic solvent (DES), which is one of the chemicals containing a nitrogen element. The DES was composed of a quaternary ammonium salt of choline chloride (ChCl) and a hydrogen bond donor of alcohol.

Background: he achievement of optimal hypertension therapy requires cost-effective medicine. The treatment of hypertensive patients needs for long-term medication have made medical costs a prime issue in health economics.
Aim: This study aims to determine the cost effectiveness of candesartan therapy compared to candesartan-amlodipine therapy on hypertensive outpatients.
Objectives: This study aimed to identify predictors of promotive behaviours in mothers of Indonesian children with avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey was administered to 245 mothers who were caring for children with ARFID. Data were collected with a self-administered questionnaire.
