In this study, DL-phenylalanine modified with a multiwall carbon nanotube paste electrode is used as advanced electrochemical sensor for analysing of 0.1 mM caffeic acid (CFA) with simultaneous detection of riboflavin (RFN). The developed sensors include electrochemically polymerized DL-phenylalanine (DL-PA) modified multiwall carbon nanotube paste electrode [DL-PAMMCNTPE] and bare multiwall carbon nanotube paste electrode [BMCNTPE].

This study analyzed peer-reviewed research articles to provide BTEX emission profiles from three primary ONG operations and their associated health risks. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews) was used to choose relevant articles for this review paper.

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of three digitally delivered primary care psychiatry courses offered by the department of psychiatry in a tertiary neuropsychiatric center: the Certificate Course in Primary Mental Healthcare (CCPMH), the Diploma in Community Mental Health (DCMH), and the Diploma in Primary Care Psychiatry (DPCP).
Methods: Based on the board of studies documents, including curriculum, delivery methods, accreditation criteria, and outcomes, a comparative and thematic analysis of the courses was conducted.
Purpose: People who stutter experience societal misconceptions and negative stereotypes due to cultural prejudices. The present study aimed to compare attitudes toward stuttering of Indian teachers, students, and members of the public and to further compare their attitudes to comparable samples regionally and internationally.
Method: Five hundred eighteen adults completed the Public Opinion Survey of Human Attributes-Stuttering (POSHA-S), translated into Kannada, which was analyzed according to standard protocol.

Background: Clinical training in traditional medical education often needs more translational value, especially for in-service MBBS doctors working in primary health centers (PHCs), who provide first-line treatment for psychiatric disorders. To address this gap, a psychiatrist-led personalized mentorship program incorporating three live consultation-driven training (CDT) methods was developed to integrate psychiatric care into PHCs.
Methods: The authors designed and implemented a personalized mentorship program using three CDT methods tailored for in-service MBBS doctors.

Background: The effectiveness of training methods in medical education is critical, particularly for primary care physicians (PCPs) who frequently encounter psychiatric issues in their practice. Traditional assessment methods often fail to evaluate skill acquisition in real-world clinical practice. The Translational Quotient (TQ) is proposed as an innovative outcome measure to assess PCPs' ability to apply psychiatric skills in their live outpatient consultation among their general patients.

The identification of a novel alphacoronavirus canine CoV (CCoV-HuPn2018) in human patients in Malaysia underscores the potential for crossover infections to humans. The threat of the ever-evolving nature of viral infections as well as the lingering health and socioeconomic effects of the recent SARS-CoV-2 pandemic emphasize the urgent need for advanced antiviral drug screening tools that can be quickly implemented to strengthen preparedness and preventive measures against future outbreaks.

Background: The intricate process of coronary in-stent restenosis (ISR) involves the interplay between different mediators, including platelet-derived growth factor, transforming growth factor-β, extracellular matrix, smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells, and drug elution from the stent. Modeling such complex multiphysics phenomena demands extensive computational resources and time.
Methods: This paper proposes a novel non-intrusive data-driven reduced order modeling approach for the underlying multiphysics time-dependent parametrized problem.
Diarrhoeal disease caused by Cryptosporidium is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in young and malnourished children from low- and middle-income countries, with no vaccine or effective treatment. Here we describe the discovery of EDI048, a Cryptosporidium PI(4)K inhibitor, designed to be active at the infection site in the gastrointestinal tract and undergo rapid metabolism in the liver. By using mutational analysis and crystal structure, we show that EDI048 binds to highly conserved amino acid residues in the ATP-binding site.

The synthesized NaCoPO was used to fabricate a cathode material for aqueous rechargeable sodium-ion batteries. The surface morphology of the prepared materials and its compositional analysis were done by using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, respectively.

To address this, the study aimed to isolate, screen, characterize, optimize, and quantify polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB)-producing bacteria using cost-effective residues. Isolated from a landfill site, the Gram-positive, rod-shaped, spore-forming, motile bacterium with intracellular PHB granules was identified as Bacillus pacificus based on phenotypic and genotypic characteristics.

Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner is recognized as a predominant bioinsecticide but its antifungal potential has been relatively underexplored. A novel B. thuringiensis strain NBAIR BtAr was isolated and morphologically characterized using light and scanning electron microscopy, revealing presence of bipyramidal, cuboidal, and spherical parasporal crystals.

The structural study of the nanocomposites was carried out using FTIR and XRD analysis, and their surface morphology was characterized through SEM analysis. The BET surface area of a 3 wt% nanocomposite was 386 m g, which is higher compared to that of PANI.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial was conducted at two doses of BSE to understand its safety and efficacy in supporting joint health and improving mobility and symptoms of osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee.
Methods: Based on the inclusion/exclusion criteria, 105 newly diagnosed participants with degenerative hypertrophy OA were recruited and randomized into Placebo, BSE-150 mg or BSE-300 mg (n = 35 in each group) to receive either 150 mg or 300 mg BSE or a placebo tablet twice a day for 90 days.
Unlabelled: Brown spot (BS) disease causes significant losses to rice productivity. In this study, a roving survey in the Karnataka state of India revealed a wider distribution of BS with a percent disease index range of 20.56-50.

In this work, we investigate the effects of stent indentation on hemodynamic indicators in stented coronary arteries. Our aim is to assess in-silico risk factors for in-stent restenosis (ISR) and thrombosis after stent implantation. The proposed model is applied to an idealized artery with stent for four indentation percentages and three mesh refinements.
