The interaction of sodium phytate hydrate CHOP·xNa·yHO (phytNa) with Cu(OAc)·HO and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) led to the anionic tetranuclear complex [Cu(HO)(phen)(phyt)]·2Na·2NH·32HO (), the structure of the latter was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The phytate is completely deprotonated; six phosphate fragments (with atoms P1-P6) are characterized by different spatial arrangements relative to the cyclohexane ring (1a5e conformation), which determines two different types of coordination to the complexing agents-P1 and P3, P4, and P6 have monodentate, while P2 and P5 are bidentately bound to Cu cations. The molecular structure of the anion complex is stabilized by a set of strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds involving coordinated water molecules.

Ultra-rapid insulin lispro is an innovative insulin analogue designed to achieve rapid onset and short duration of action, aimed at optimizing glycemic control in patients with diabetes. This was a double-blind, randomized, 2-period, crossover clamp study to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD), along with safety profiles, of a potential biosimilar ultra-rapid insulin lispro compared to the reference product in healthy White men. Background: Meningiomas exhibit considerable clinical and biological heterogeneity. We previously identified four distinct molecular groups (immunogenic, NF2-wildtype, hypermetabolic, proliferative) that address much of this heterogeneity. While recent research has advanced our understanding of asexuality, very little effort has been devoted to examining biomarkers and possible prenatal correlates of asexuality. The first search for soft unclustered energy patterns (SUEPs) is performed using an integrated luminosity of 138  fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13  TeV, collected in 2016-2018 by the CMS detector at the LHC. The production of ϒ(2S) and ϒ(3S) mesons in lead-lead (Pb-Pb) and proton-proton (pp) collisions is studied in their dimuon decay channel using the CMS detector at the LHC. The ϒ(3S) meson is observed for the first time in Pb-Pb collisions, with a significance above 5 standard deviations. Pollen abnormalities frequency of Scots pine and pollen sterility of white clover, common columbine, and greater celandine growing in the Bryansk and Gomel' regions radioactively contaminated after the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (NPP) were assessed. The frequency of abnormal pine pollen at the most contaminated plots significantly exceeded the control level and positively correlated with the total absorbed dose and the absorbed dose from β-radiation. No sustainable significant changes in pollen sterility of the herbaceous plants studied were found in the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl NPP.
