This research examines the relationship between waste management and the incidence of dengue fever using the Integrated Behavioral Model (IBM) approach. The study adopted a systematic review methodology, which involved scanning multiple journal databases, including PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Web of Science, and ProQuest, and following the requirements of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) checklist.

Exploring the value of shared responsibility for improving birth preparedness and complications readiness practices: A literature review.

Birth Preparedness and Complication Readiness (BPCR) is a comprehensive strategy to ensure a safer pregnancy. The BPCR shared responsibilities matrix describes the roles of policymakers, facility managers, health care providers, communities, families, and women in ensuring that women and newborns receive skilled and timely maternal and newborn care that can positively improve health outcomes for mothers and their babies. The objective of the study was to describe a shared responsibility on roles to improve childbirth readiness practices and readiness in the face of complications.

Obstructive hydrocephalus due to choroid plexus carcinoma of third ventricle in pediatric: A rare case report.

Choroid plexus carcinoma (CPC) is an uncommon tumor that accounts for less than 1% of all pediatric brain tumors. CPC usually originates in the lateral ventricle, followed by the fourth ventricle; the incidence in the third ventricle is only 5% of all CPC cases (children and adults). We report an extremely rare tumor arising from the choroid plexus of the third ventricle in a 6-year-old child with progressive headache, macrocephaly, left hemiparesis, and sunset eyes.

Background: The purpose of this study was to develop the Hospital-Stakeholder Collaboration (HSC) Tool and Hospital Performance Factor (HPF) Tool to explore stakeholder perception and value for hospital service improvement.

Methods: This exploratory mixed-method study involved three steps: initial tool development (Step 1), validity testing (Step 2), and module development (Step 3). In Step 1, qualitative data collection through literature reviews, focus group discussions, and interviews with hospital management experts led to the creation of the preliminary tools.

Challenges to integrating programs for the elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B into antenatal care: Experiences from Indonesia.

The WHO's Asia-Pacific framework for triple elimination recommends that countries evaluate their programs for the elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B (EMTCT), including identifying gaps to improve program planning and the implementation of elimination strategies in antenatal care (ANC) services. In 2022, the Indonesian Ministry of Health reported that only 39% of pregnant women were tested for HIV, 14% for syphilis, and 28% for hepatitis B, respectively. We conducted a qualitative study involving a focus group discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews with 25 key stakeholders in Bali and West Nusa Tenggara Provinces to identify specific challenges to testing for HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B in ANC settings.

This study aimed to explore the various types and frequency of patient safety incidents (PSIs) during a cancer screening health examination for the general public of Ulsan Metropolitan City, South Korea. Congenital megaureter presenting as intraabdominal cystic masses in a pediatric patient at Hasan Sadikin hospital: A case report.

We describe a case of a 2-year-old girl with congenital megaureter presenting as intraabdominal cystic masses. The patient presented with a lump in abdomen that has been getting bigger since birth accompanied by pain.
