Objectives: Fluoroscopic guided procedures are a mainstay for interventional radiology (IR) procedures. Practice is needed for the novice to interpret fluoroscopic images and simultaneously perform the procedure hands-on as well as control the foot pedal to screen. We describe the development of a training simulation model which simulates the human kidney, ureter, and bladder.

Background: Workers in utility industries are exposed to occupational accidents due to inadequate safety management systems. Accordingly, it is necessary to characterize and compare the available literature on indicators used in safety management practices in the utility industries.
Methods: The systematic literature review was based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis statement.
Objective: The objective of this research is to know the effect of oxytocin massage and breast care on the increase of breast milk production.
Method: This pre-experimental research was performed through the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sampling was done through non-probability sampling and purposive sampling, obtaining 30 samples.
Objective: This morbidity rate has increased compared to the results of a survey in 2012, which were 16,110 cases of STDs, and 11,141 cases in 2010. This study aimed at determining the relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene and the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents at the Community Health Center Talise, Palu.
Methods: This study utilized a case-control study design to assess the relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene and the occurrence of sexually transmitted diseases.
Objective: This research aims to know the influence of fluoride in drinking water towards Fluorosis and the Intelligence Level of Elementary School Students in Palu City.
Method: This cross-sectional study was performed through descriptive analysis on 100 students aged 6-12 years old selected by stratified random sampling from two different areas with different levels of fluoride in drinking water in Palu City. The samples were collected from two different elementary schools which were SDN 2 Talise and SDN Inpres 1 Birobuli.
Objective: This study aimed to map pregnant women with high-risk pregnancies based on age, parity, pregnancy history, childbirth history, illness history, and CED status history as well as the relationship between the six factors.
Method: This study utilized a survey method with descriptive data without the intervention of variables but observed phenomena or sought the relationship between phenomena and other variables. The survey was conducted with an approach using Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Objective: The aim of this study is to describe the risk factors of anemia among pregnant women.
Method: We used an observational analytic study with a matched case-control study design. The sampling method used in this study is a simple random sampling technique.
This research aims to determine the attitudes of the farmers whose lands are affected by liquefaction in Jono Oge, Central Sulawesi Province, The Republic of Indonesia. The methods used here were integrated survey and experimental design. Background Indonesian Ministry of Health advocate doctors, especially in government-owned healthcare facility, to prescribe generic drugs including amoxicillin. Although BPOM (the National Agency of Drug and Food Control) already guarantees that the generic amoxicillin and the branded one were interchangeable, lack of confidence in generic drugs still remains among patients, pharmacists, and doctors. This issue supported by lack of publication confirmed the therapeutic equivalence of branded and generic drugs.

Methods: Consecutive adults from a multiethnic background, undergoing an US-guided PLB, were independently assessed for pain up to 6 h after the procedure. Clinical and demographic parameters were analysed to determine independent predictors of significant pain after PLB.
Between 10 and 25% of individuals with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) develop hepatic fibrosis leading to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). To investigate the molecular basis of disease progression, we performed a genome-wide analysis of copy number variation (CNV) in a total of 49 patients with NAFLD [10 simple steatosis and 39 non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)] and 49 matched controls using high-density comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) microarrays. A total of 11 CNVs were found to be unique to individuals with simple steatosis, whilst 22 were common between simple steatosis and NASH, and 224 were unique to NASH.

Methods: The accuracy of TE was assessed and compared with the aspartate aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index (APRI) in patients with histologically proven NAFLD. Factors associated with discordance between liver histology and TE were analyzed.
Background And Aim: Genetic polymorphism has been implicated as a factor for the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This study attempted to assess whether polymorphisms in the leptin receptor (LEPR) gene and its combined effect with patatin-like phospholipase domain-containing protein 3 (PNPLA3/adiponutrin) are associated with risk of NAFLD.
Methods: A total of 144 biopsy-proven NAFLD and 198 controls were genotyped using the Sequenom MassARRAY platform.

An unidentified growth factor (UGF) was separated from shochu distillery by-products (SDBP) and its effect on the growth of a primary chick muscle cell culture was investigated. Chick muscle cells were isolated from fertile eggs (13-day-old embryos) of commercial broilers. UGF was separated on Sephadex LH-20 with a solvent system of water-methanol-ethylene dichloride (10:90:20, v/v), and the fraction eluted between 136 and 164 min was collected (fraction I).
