Although [F]fluoro‑2‑deoxy‑2‑d‑glucose positron emission tomography ([F]FDG PET) scans offer potential for improved risk stratification, the definitive prognostic value of quantitative [F]FDG PET parameters remains unclear for pediatric HL.
Methods: A single-center, retrospective study included pediatric patients diagnosed with HL between 2016 and 2023 treated according to EuroNet-PHL-C1 and DAL/GPOH-HD protocols.
Aims: The objective of this study was to assess the effect of HER2-directed therapy (HER2-Tx) on peripheral vasoreactivity and its correlation with cardiac function changes and the additive effects of anthracycline/cyclophosphamide (AC) therapy and baseline cardiovascular risk.
Methods And Results: Single-centre, prospective cohort study of women with newly diagnosed stage 1-3 HER2-positive breast cancer undergoing HER2-Tx +/- AC. All participants underwent baseline and 3-monthly evaluations with Endo-Peripheral Arterial Tonometry (Endo-PAT), vascular biomarkers [C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) and neuregulin-1 beta (NRG-1β)], and echocardiography.

This study documents the challenges faced by patients in accessing MCH services, and the experiences of health care providers in delivering those services during the COVID-19 outbreak, explicitly focusing on the lockdown period in India.
Methods: A cross-sectional study (rapid survey) was conducted in 18 districts from 6 states of India during March to June, 2020.
Background: Sexual dysfunction, a potential side effect of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), can lead to marital dissatisfaction in remitted depression patients, affecting their quality of life (QOL), and all of these are risk factors for treatment noncompliance. We aimed to estimate the proportion of female sexual dysfunction and its subtypes compared to the general population and correlate it with various factors, including marital satisfaction and QOL, in remitted depressive patients on SSRI treatment.
Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study assessed 116 women, comprising 58 patients aged 18- to 45 years with rsemitted depression on SSRI monotherapy for a minimum of six weeks and their age-matched comparative group.
Background: In recent years, many research groups have attempted to identify a subgroup of "ultra-high risk" patients within the high-risk neuroblastoma (NB) category. The aim of our study was to evaluate the prognostic significance of parameters derived from pretherapeutic I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine ([ I]mIBG) integrated single photon emission computed tomography and computed tomography in high-risk patients with NB.
Methods: The established parameters metabolic tumor volume (MTV), maximal standardized uptake value (SUV ) and the novel parameter tumor asphericity as well as clinical (age, stage) and genetic factors (1p/11q deletions and MYCN amplification) were analyzed in this single-center retrospective study of high-risk patients with newly diagnosed NB.
Background: Dexmedetomidine has been used by multiple routes in laparoscopic surgeries to attenuate the hemodynamic response. The present study was done to compare the efficacy of dexmedetomidine nebulization with intravenous dexmedetomidine and fentanyl in laparoscopic surgeries under general anesthesia.
Methods: A prospective, double blind study was conducted, and 90 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I and II patients of either gender between 18-65 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under general anesthesia were randomized into three groups.

Two decades of attempts by the National TB Program to improve collaboration between the public and private sectors have not worked except in a few innovative pilots.
