Purpose: To report two unusual cases of lipid keratopathy in siblings with rheumatic fever and positive anti-phospholipid antibodies.
Methods: Clinical and histopathological examination along with complete systemic work-up was done after taking appropriate consent from the patients. A serum lipid profile showed elevated cholesterol and low-density lipoproteins.
Aim And Objective: To carry out comparison of apical root resorption (ARR) in the fixed orthodontic appliance and clear aligners with the help of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging.
Methods And Materials: The study was conducted on 576 roots in 110 patients. These patients were divided into two groups such that each group consisted of 55 patients.
Aim: Evaluation of size of the condyle in various vertical and anteroposterior skeletal conditions with the help of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).
Methods And Materials: In this study, 266 study participants were included consisting of 112 males and 144 females. The study participants were categorized as class I when -1° ≤ A point-nasion-B point angle (ANB) < 4°, class II when ANB ≥ 4°, and class III when ANB < -1°.

In our earlier study we showed that invasive retinoblastoma (RB) had down regulated tetraspanin protein KAI1/CD82, a family of cell surface glycoprotein. KAI1 may link to the cell surface molecules, such as integrins, E-cadherin, and other TM4SF members, and loss of KAI1 function may have a significant role in the progression of retinoblastoma. We also showed that epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) is overexpressed in invasive RB.
