In order to save limited on-board resources, a novel adaptive event-triggered strategy based on the nonlinear transformation law of the estimation error is proposed in this paper, which can effectively reduce some unnecessary data transmission due to small fluctuations after the estimation error converges. Then, a more general topology structure described by an interval type-2 fuzzy model is adopted, which contains both nonlinear time-varying law and uncertain parameters.

A large number of sensors are typically installed in industrial plants to collect real-time operational data. These sensors monitor data with time series correlation and spatial correlation over time. In previous studies, GNN has built many successful models to deal with time series data, but most of these models have fixed perspectives and struggle to capture the dynamic correlations in time and space simultaneously.

Accurate segmentation of prostate anatomy and lesions using biparametric magnetic resonance imaging (bpMRI) is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer with the aid of artificial intelligence. In prostate bpMRI, different tissues and pathologies are best visualized within specific and narrow ranges for each sequence, which have varying requirements for image window settings. Currently, adjustments to window settings rely on experience, lacking an efficient method for universal automated adjustment.

Except for the control group, which was left untreated, the remaining groups were incubated with 10 mmol/l NaSO in sugar-free DMEM medium for 2 h and then replaced with serum-free high-sugar DMEM medium for 2 h in order to replicate OGD/R model. Trypan blue staining was used to detect the cell viability; flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis; western blotting was used to detect the protein expression levels of Bax, Bcl-2 and caspase-3.

However, no published prospective studies exist with follow-up periods exceeding 1 month to investigate the cardiac change. This prospective study aimed to investigate the changes in cardiac structure and function in healthy young male lowlanders following long-term migration to HA.

We aim to explore the protective effect of miR-432-5p on ADR-caused impaired mitochondrial ATP metabolism and endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERs).

Photonic ionogels with dual electrical and optical output have been intensively studied. However, tunable temperature-responsive photonic ionogel assembled by thermosensitive nanogels has not been studied yet. Herein, an innovative approach to fabricate photonic ionogels has been developed for smart wearable devices with tunable temperature sensitivity and structural color.

FTZ has been clinically used for nearly 13 years in the treatment of diabetes and glycolipid metabolic diseases. With the significant benefits of SGLT2 inhibitor in patients with diabetic kidney disease (DKD), it provides a research avenue to explore the mechanism of FTZ in treating this disease based on glycolysis pathway.

To explore the effectiveness of APPCAP on PM in winter in Zhengzhou, PM samples were collected in Zhengzhou Monitoring Center during December 2013 and December 2018. The chemical composition of PM was analyzed, including EC, OC, water soluble ions, and metal elements.

However, its use for the treatment of complex biliary obstruction after major abdominal trauma has not been reported. This case report describes the successful use of MCA for the treatment of biliary obstruction resulting from major abdominal trauma.

Methods: This study recruited patients with HCC who underwent surgical resection at the Hepatobiliary Surgery Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from December 2019 to December 2021. HCC tissues were obtained from patients during surgery and subjected to in vitro cell culture, and then HDS testing was performed on the cultured tissue samples.
() has a potential zoonotic risk, with a high proportion of co-infection occurring with () and other diarrheal pathogens. Despite its high prevalence, the cellular mechanism of pathogenesis is ill-defined. Previous proteomics analyses have revealed that the differentially expressed protein NOD-like receptor X1 (NLRX1) located in the mitochondria participates in several important antiviral signaling pathways in infection, which are closely related to mitophagy.

In this study, we uncover a critical role for SmD2, a core component of the spliceosome machinery, in modulating DNA damage in HCC through its impact on BRCA1/FANC cassette exons and expression. Our findings reveal that SmD2 depletion sensitizes HCC cells to PARP inhibitors, expanding the potential therapeutic targets.
