Using peer-reviewed literature published up to 2018, this review surveyed and compiled the available and reported data on the concentrations and distributions of 30 OPEs based on their occurrence in various food samples from around the world. Regardless of sampling locations or food categories, 22 OPEs were detectable in at least one of analyzed sample, and there were clear variations in OPE levels among samples from different locations or food categories.

Method: Flow cytometry was used to detect the surface markers of the co-cultured cells, and cytotoxicity against prostate cancer cells in vitro as well as antitumor activities in vivo were observed.
Results: Our results showed that Ad-4-1BBL-transduced DCs could increase percentage of CD3(+)CD56(+) cells in CIKs, and CIKs co-cultured with Ad-4-1BBL-transduced DCs could augment the secretion of IL-12 and IFN-γ and decrease TGF-β production.
CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling plays important roles in tumor cell metastasis in many types of cancers, and CXCR4 is the key regulator of cell motility in bladder cancer. Emerging evidence suggests that transcription-3 (Stat3) activation is associated with bladder cancer cell growth and survival, while the relationship between CXCL12/CXCR4 signal and Stat3 activation remains unclear.
