Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) is an effective method for diagnosing potential faults in oil-immersed power transformers. Metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) gas sensors exhibit excellent performance. However, high operating temperatures can accelerate device aging, thereby reducing the reliability of online monitoring.

This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the association between NPAR and prevalence of psoriasis in US adults. Data from adults aged 20 to 80 years in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2003 to 2006 and 2009 to 2014 was utilized.

While the walls provide mechanical strength and enable plants to grow and occupy a three-dimensional space, successful sessile life also requires the walls to undergo dynamic modifications to accommodate size and shape changes accurately. Plant cell walls exhibit substantial mechanical heterogeneity due to the diverse polysaccharide composition and different development stages.

However, immune priming in RPW may incur a high fitness cost, and its molecular signaling pathways have not yet been reported. Here, we investigated the effect of Bt priming on RPW development and subsequently analyzed the hormonal and immune-related molecular pathways influencing the fitness cost induced by Bt priming.

Despite advancements in production technology, diseases such as cordana leaf spot, caused by , remain a significant challenge, reducing productivity and quality. Traditional chemical controls are becoming less effective due to the development of resistance in target pathogens, which pose significant environmental and health concerns.

Methods: We retrospectively reviewed MR images of fetuses with ICH on screening ultrasound (US) on picture archiving communication system (PACS) servers within a nearly ten-year period from two medical tertiary centres. The indications, main abnormal findings and coexistent anomalies were recorded by two experienced radiologists with census readings.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to summarize the findings of children's intracranial congenital or developmental malformations found during imaging procedures in the Tibetan plateau.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the imaging data of the suspected patients who presented with the central nervous system (CNS) malformations and were enrolled either through the clinic or after ultrasound examinations between June 2019 and June 2023 in our institution. All imaging data were interpreted by two experienced radiologists through consensus reading.
AtbZIP69 overexpression in wheat significantly enhanced drought and low nitrogen tolerance by modulating ABA synthesis, antioxidant activity, nitrogen allocation, and transporter gene expression, boosting yield. In this study, we generated wheat plants with improved low nitrogen (LN) and drought tolerance by introducing AtbZIP69, a gene encoding a basic leucine zipper domain transcription factor, into the wheat cultivar Shi 4056. AtbZIP69 localized to the nucleus and activated transcription.

In this study, the temporal changes of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) inside/outside the Siling Co protected area, Tibet were reconstructed. The varying anthropogenic impact history suggested that, unlike the dominance of residential activities (i.

The emergence of ORF5 RFLP 1-7-4-like (NADC34-like) PRRSV strain in China has brought a new round of challenges to PRRSV prevention.
Methods: In addition, recombinant adenovirus vaccine candidates against the newly emerged NADC34-like strain were constructed in the study; the immunogenicity of the vaccine was investigated in piglets.
Purpose: Salvianolate for injection (SFI) is a widely used treatment for acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of SFI in treating AMI by synthesizing evidence from published randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
Methods: Seven databases were searched for relevant RCTs published up to 1 July 2024.
Gliomas are the most prevalent form of primary brain tumours. Recently, targeting the PD-1 pathway with immunotherapies has shown promise as a novel glioma treatment. However, not all patients experience long-lasting benefits, underscoring the necessity to discover reliable biomarkers for predicting treatment outcomes.

Under the widespread use backgrounds of fungicides in paddy-dominated basin, the neglect of fungicide environmental fates may aggravate their pollution risks. By integrating field detection with model simulation, we quantified the loss loads and explored the environmental fates of one thiophosphate and five triazole fungicides. Based on the experimental results, we simulated fungicide loss loads with the coefficient of determination of the verification results greater than 0.

However, whether it can achieve therapeutic effects by alleviating neuroinflammation in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and its potential mechanism are still unknown. This study explored the effects of curcumin on neuroinflammation in dopaminergic neurons and deciphered its direct target in the histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6)-Nucleotide-binding domain, leucine-rich repeat, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) pathway, revealing the potential role of curcumin in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Sepsis-related liver injury (SRLI) is an independent risk factor for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and mortality. However, there is no clear diagnostic standard for SRLI, making early detection and intervention challenging.

Objective: To conduct a comprehensive review of reversible factors associated with breast cancer, with the aim of offering insights for the creation of early intervention strategies for breast cancer prevention.
Methods: The PubMed, EMBASE, and Scopus databases were systematically searched to collect systematic reviews and meta-analyses related to breast cancer risk. Searches were limited to literature published from the inception of each database up to May 1, 2024.
A tooth-bearing mandible fossil of a colobine monkey discovered at Shuitangba, Zhaotong, Yunnan, China, was morphometrically analyzed and compared with extant Asian colobines. Our previous qualitative and quantitative descriptions indicate that it can be safely attributed to Mesopithecus pentelicus, a Miocene fossil colobine widely found in Europe and South Asia. The present research aims to explore fossil association with extant colobines and functionally propose its dietary preferences based on multivariate morphometric analyses of mandibular morphology.

Meanwhile, the path planning is also restricted by the bending rule of the flexible needle, thus the bending model of the needle is also essentially built.
Approach: This paper proposes a path planner for the flexible needle based on both the coupled motion kinematics of the insertion robot and the bending model of the flexible needle.
Most of the existing SERS systems failed to achieve satisfactory results in early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease owing to a lack of effective signal transduction. Herein, we developed a dual signal amplification strategy for SERS detection of amyloid-β oligomers based on proximity hybridization-triggered catalyzed hairpin assembly (CHA) and hybridization chain reaction (HCR). In the presence of the target protein and two DNA-labeled antibodies, a proximate complex formed in a homogeneous solution.
