Acute lung injury being one of the earliest and most severe complications during sepsis and macrophages play a key role in this process. To investigate the regulatory effects and potential mechanisms of adipose mesenchymal stem cell derived-exosomes (ADSC-exo) on macrophages and septic mice, ADSCs-exo was administrated to both LPS-induced macrophage and cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) induced sepsis mice. ADSCs-exo was confirmed to inhibit M1 polarization of macrophages and to reduce excessive inflammation.

Purpose: This study explored the association of the elasticity modulus and shear wave velocity (SWV) of the tibialis anterior muscle, as measured by two-dimensional shear wave elastography (2D-SWE), with the intracompartmental pressure (ICP) determined using the Whitesides method in a New Zealand rabbit model of acute compartment syndrome (ACS). Additionally, it evaluated the viability of 2D-SWE as a noninvasive, quantitative tool for the early detection of ACS.

The current study investigates the pathways to improve patients' sense of well-being from the family, social, and individual levels, that is to say, it investigates the mediating roles of comprehending social support as well as psychological resilience in the relationship between family resilience and subjective well-being, and it also provides references for future intervention.
