Malignant vascular tumours associatedwith the breast: a study of 7 cases.

Angiosarcomas account for less than 0.05% of the malignant neoplasms of the breast. We present here 7 cases of malignant vascular neoplasms of the breast, including 2 cases of postmastectomy Stewart-Treves syndrome.

Reticular type parotid myoepithelial carcinoma: an intriguing variant and mimicker.

Myoepithelial carcinoma, the malignant counterpart of benign myoepithelioma, is one of the rarest salivary gland neoplasms. It is composed almost exclusively of tumour cells with myoepithelial differentiation, characterized by infiltrative growth and potential for metastasis. We herein, report a case of myoepithelial carcinoma in a 50 years old male with reticular morphology.

Primary renal leiomyosarcoma.

Primary renal sarcomas are very rare. We report a case of renal leiomyosarcoma with 36 months follow-up. Neither ultrasonography, computed tomography nor magnetic resonance imaging are able to differentiate between leiomyosarcoma and renal cell carcinoma.

Comparison of ER, PR and HER-2/neu (C-erb B 2) reactivity pattern with histologic grade, tumor size and lymph node status in breast cancer.

Introduction: Carcinoma of the breast is the most common malignancy of women in Karachi. The current study was conducted with the objective of assessing estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and HER-2/neu reactivity patterns of mammary cancers for correlation with histologic grade, tumor size and lymph node metastasis.

Materials And Methods: One hundred and fifty modified mastectomy specimens received at the section of histopathology, Aga Khan University Hospital, were selected using a non-probability sampling method.
