Accurate sensitive analysis of drug ingredient substances in biological, pharmaceutical and environmental samples and removal of drug ingredient substances in environmental samples owngreat importance for sustaining viability. The realization of these processes using a single material offers significant advantages in terms of cost, time and ease of use. In this study, TiO nanoparticles and C-Nanofibers modified magnetic FeO nanospheres (TiO@FeO@C-NFs) synthesized as a multifunctional material employing a simple hydrothermal synthesis method.

Article Synopsis
  • Three Bacillus species producing amylase enzymes were isolated from soil and identified using genetic analysis, with Bacillus subtilis showing the highest activity levels.
  • Amylase production was measured at around 10 U/mL, with total protein at 15 mg/mL, and the enzyme activity was enhanced by 58% through combined treatments of ethylmethane sulfonate (EMS) and ultraviolet (UV) light.
  • The study demonstrates that B. subtilis subtilis can be effectively utilized in industrial applications for producing amylase, highlighting a novel method to increase enzyme activity.
