Dermoscopic features of pleomorphic dermal sarcoma on scalp, mimicking squamous cell carcinoma.

Pleomorphic dermal sarcoma (PDS) is an undifferentiated high-grade tumour and is considered the most common primary soft tissue tumour in adults. The most common locations of PDS are the trunk, extremities and retroperitoneal regions. Skin involvement of PDS is rare, and involvement of the scalp is less common.
