In the present study, green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (VNE-AgNPs) via Verbascum nudatum extract was carried out for the first time. The synthesized AgNPs were characterized by different spectral methods such as UV-vis, FTIR, XRD, TEM, and EDAX. According to TEM analyses, the average size range of AgNPs was 17-21 nm, and the dominant peaks in the 111°, 200°, 221°, and 311° planes in the XRD pattern indicated the Ag-NPs FCC crystal structure.

First, poly(2-oxo-2-(pentafluorophenoxy)ethyl-2-methylprop-2-enoate) (PPFMA) was synthesized and characterized by FTIR and NMR techniques. It was then blended with NaCMC by in situ/hydrothermal method to produce a semi-synthetic functional material.

The blend of PDCOEMA with chitosan (CS) was prepared by the hydrothermal method and the DSC technique confirmed its formation. It was observed that PDCOEMA increased the thermal stability and glass transition temperature (Tg) of CS.

The HSP was loaded onto ZnO nanoparticles that were successfully incorporated, via the hydrothermal method, into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) for use as food packaging material. The hydrothermal method enabled the bioactive ZnO-HSP to be homogeneously dispersed in the PVA, which significantly increased the thermal stability of the matrix, while decreasing the softening temperature.

In this study, hesperidin (HSP) biological agent, which has strong antioxidant properties, was successfully transferred to ZnO nanoparticles, which were first synthesized by the hydrothermal method. Then, chitosan (CS)/ZnO-HSP nanocomposites were produced by adding different ratios of the ZnO-HSPs to the biodegradable CS biopolymer by hydrothermal method. The resulting materials were characterized using various biophysical strategies, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.

Material And Methods: In this retrospective study, patients with obstructive pyelonephritis secondary to urolithiasis who underwent PCN or DJ insertion were included in the study. Patients were divided into two groups according to drainage method.
Firstly, silver nanoparticles were synthesized by green synthesis method from extract. Nanocomposites containing newly synthesized methacrylate polymer, poly 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-oxoethyl-2-methylprop-2-enoate (PFPAMA) and Ag nanoparticles from in different mass ratios (1, 3, and 5 wt%) were synthesized using the hydrothermal method. The morphological and structural properties of the materials have been examined by SEM, FTIR, UV, TGA, and XRD techniques.

Materials And Methods: Twenty-six volunteer patients who were eligible for RP were included in the study. Preoperative penile sensory electromyography and the International Index of Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5) questionnaire were done for each patient.
In the first step of this study, 2-oxo-2-[(2,4,6-trifluorophenyl)amino]ethyl-2-methylprop-2-enoate(OTFAMA) monomer was synthesized and characterized. Then, a series copolymers were obtained by free-radical copolymerization method of OTFAMA and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), which is a commercial monomer at 65 °C in 1,4-dioxane solvent. Structural characterizations of synthesized monomer and copolymers were carried out using FTIR, H-C-NMR instruments.

Materials And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 401 patients with bladder stones.
Objective: This study aimed to assess the utility of the radius, exophytic/endophytic, nearness, anterior/posterior, location (RENAL); preoperative aspects and dimensions used for an anatomic evaluation (PADUA), and centrality index (C-index) scores for the outcomes of partial nephrectomy (PN).
Material And Methods: The patients who underwent PN with contrast-enhanced preoperative imaging from January 2015 to June 2018 were identified. The RENAL, PADUA, and C-index scores were assigned.
Purpose:: The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcomes of laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children less than 12 months of age.
Materials And Methods:: The records of 20 infants, who had pelviureteric junction obstruction and subsequently underwent LP from January 2013 to November 2016 with at least 1 year of follow-up, were retrospectively reviewed. Patients demographics, the results of preoperative and postoperative imaging studies, perioperative details, complications, and results were noted.
Objective: To present the surgical and pathological results of robotic radical cystectomy (RRC) operations performed in our clinic.
Material And Methods: A total of 18 patients, who underwent RRC and intracorporeal urinary diversion between October 2016 and September 2017 for clinically localized bladder cancer in our clinic, were included in the study. The results were evaluated under three headings.
The study was conducted to evaluate the antimicrobial properties of the root extracts of some Limonium species, viz. L. effusum, L.
